• Zone-OCR: the software looks at predefined positions on the scan to read features. Eg: attributes of a letter, postal code or project number. You can work with barcode labels or scan forms to identify and to separate documents. This allows you to scan an entire file at once, not the individual documents separately.
• Freeform-OCR: the software reads the text characteristics based on intelligent algorithms. This is used to read invoices. The software itself will then obtain the supplier, invoice date, invoice number, total amount and VAT.
