Letter of Centrify: 

As was the case with prior quarters, I am pleased to announce that we recently concluded yet another record-breaking quarter. Major highlights include:

• We had our best ever March quarter, with sales and revenue more than doubling compared to the prior March quarter. Historically the March quarter has been our seasonally weakest, since IT budgets are still being formed. But this past quarter was our second best ever. Analysts have recently confirmed with us that our quarterly sales now equal and even exceed what competitors are doing on an annualized basis. Our trailing twelve-month sales growth rate is also accelerating from 50% growth in prior quarters to now over 75% growth. Profitability also continued.

• In March we released Centrify Suite 2011, a significant update to our product portfolio. Centrify Suite 2011 boasts enhanced administration and privilege management capabilities for UNIX/Linux/Mac systems, expanded platform coverage and additional application single sign-on capabilities allowing enterprises finer grain control and auditing over an expanded set of data center systems and enterprise applications.
• We have grown our headcount over 50% in the last 12 months, and added 10 new Centrify'ers in the last month alone. Indicative of our accelerating growth is the fact that we have over 10 open headcount positions that we are looking to fill ASAP. We have a number of open positions in our engineering and product management team that is based in our Sunnyvale, California, headquarters, but are also looking to add to our sales presence with a specific focus on the East Coast (e.g. Washington DC for the Federal market and in Boston).
• We are expanding our international reach as well, with an office opening up in Munich, Germany in early May.

I think our message of offering a single Active Directory-based architecture that is a functionally rich suite of solutions for Active Directory bridging, privileged identity management and web/app single sign-on is driving the growth we are now experiencing. Plus our great support, product stability and the focus of the company are contributing to our success. So a big tip of the hat to the Centrify team for making our success happen, plus a big thank you to our customers and partners for continuing to partner with us. Demand for our solutions continues to be high going into the current quarter as evidenced by the fact that we hit 75% of our current quarterly sales target number in the first few weeks of April. But we are not going to rest on any laurels!
